I’ve been catering yoga retreats since I started out in early 2017 and it is my FAVOURITE part of my job.

Retreats are a time to clear your mind, strengthen your body and become more ‘you’.

The food you eat on a retreat is just as important as your practice and your mindset, I’m very confident that food is medicine but that doesn’t mean it should be a chore to eat it! I mix vibrant flavours with health-giving, seasonal ingredients to create perfectly balanced and body calming meals so you can truly be your best you.

I enjoy the Ayurvedic concepts of cooking; adding spices to meals and drinks, lots of herbal teas, CHEWING A LOT.

All the meals I make are vegan & gluten free, I can cater to any extra dietary requirements but will not cook any non-vegan food cause ya just don’t need it
